New Game System!

By Jackie Dorrington

Hi Readers!

I just purchased a (PSP Daxter Entertainment Pack - Ice Silver)

So far I have Daxter, and the following.

   Dragonball Z: Shin Boudokai

 Prince Of Persia: Rival Swords.

I give Daxter a 2 star rating, because it's too short of a game, and there isn't

a whole lot to explore and do. Which is sad. And Jak is no where around in the

game except at the very end.

Dragonball Z : Shin Boudokai is a fun fighter, but there is a short amount

of players and characters to play. They have too few things to go through in

the story mode as well, and it would be better to have actual animated scenes

in story mode, instead of just pictures with word bubbles. O_o*

The Prince Of Persia : Rival Swords is a total winner.

It's exciting, interesting and has a realistic enviornment.

I love his wall running ability! And the ability to rewind time is

awesome as well- although I had thought that you could do it

endlessly when I first heard about it. I was sadly disappointed.

Right now I'm stuck on THE ARENA Boss, and I've gotten pretty

frustrated with it, so I'm going to take a break from it.

Other than that, it's an awesome game. LOOK HOW COOL HE IS!!!

I was thinking about if my PSP hampers my ability to get my homework

done on time. And I thought about how I've been doing. . .

Well, truth be told- I've been better with it than I was without it!

I've gotten my work done since I got it 3 weeks ago, and I feel a lot

more relaxed after playing it. I also don't feel any need to cut when

I'm mad, sad or depressed!

I've also been less depressed and angry since I've gotten it!

I love it, although my friend Robert McCord thinks it's a piece of

Junk compared to the Nintendo DS. I've played the DS and I like

the animation of the PSP and the ability to GO ON THE INTERNET,

USE SKYPE, WATCH MOVIES, PLAY MUSIC and

SAVE PICTURES to it, which the DS has none of those abilities;

the PSP is the champion in this battle.

Visa for China

By Jackie Dorrington

I just got back from my trip to San Francisco to get my Visa for China!

I got home at 11:30pm. I left early monday morning at 2:00 am and we

drove along listening to Big and Rich, Westlife, and other music. . .

I had a lot of fun meeting with Yuhan's family.

It wasn't a long line when we arrived at the embassy 8:00 or so. . .

but by 9:00 an hour later, the line stretched for almost a hundred feet!

Our number was A017. And it took about 30 minutes for our name to be called.

and another 30 minutes to talk to the woman.

She was so stubborn! She thought we were just some stupid Americans

and she saw the paper work we brought and said that Yuhans mom's house

contract was expired.

But note, From what I understood Yuhan and her dad to say, was that in

China you don't  necessarily get a new printed Contract each time it is

renewed. So you pay the money for it, and it's just considered renewed.

Her father had to speak with the lady in Chinese for her to understand that

we were serious! He told her something like;

"What in the world! You're Chinese, you're from China! You should

know what it's like- and besides we've lived in China for years!

Qingdao and Hangzhou! You should know that a house contract is

not renewed on paper every time you pay money to get it renewed!"

Then he told her that if she wouldn't help us out that he would go

to the other side of the building and tell her superiors that she

was hasseling us. AND THEN SHE HELPED US!

It was fun non-the-less, and I enjoyed the trip.

So now I am waiting for the visa to come in the mail.

Talking Online

By Jackie Dorrington

Hi again!

I was thinking about my buddies online, and I noticed that I hadn't

talked to a group of them in ages. I used to use Chatango to chit-chat

and I totally forgot I had it!

I just messaged all my buddies, and now I feel better.

I was feeling guilty for a while there. . .like I'd abandoned them!

Lord have mercy!

But I guess thats life! You get busy with things, and before

you know it your time is gone. Then you start wondering what

happened to it, and you look everywhere only to find that it's

been kidnapped by "Boredom" or "Work" or some other dastardly

fiend!

EGAD!

Anyways, I'm just writting this to tell you Chatango buddies

that I will try to get on there more now, but it's not a guarantee!

Sorry!
